Apart from laying oil and gas pipeline networks, we specialise in dewaxing and preservation of existing pipelines. We have successfully completed dewaxing / preservation of exiting crude oil pipeline (212 km long) for Oil India Limited’s Numaligarh – Siliguri Pipeline Expansion Project, Assam. It is important to note that conversion of a crude oil pipeline to a product pipe line is a very difficult task because of the uncertainties involved.
Additionally, this was the first contract of its kind in India. Despite the complexity, age of the pipeline (30 years), lack of prior experience/exposure on part of Oil India Limited, EWDL successfully completed the task to their full satisfaction.
